Solid tuna in olive oil. Wild caught off the pristine waters of Cape Verde in the Northern Atlantic Ocean via sustainable methods. Skipjack is a smaller tuna and is much lower in mercury than other larger tuna varieties, such as albacore/ yellowfin. Harvested, processed, and packaged using traditional Portuguese methods. Tuna fillets are hand cut to secure the largest loin pieces possible that remain intact and packed in cans, then covered in Italian extra virgin olive oil. Certified dolphin safe.
