Balsamic vinegar 70%(white vinegar, grape must), water, thickener: carboxymethycellulose, calcium chloride, sodium alginate, caramel, potassium sorbate.
Applications :
Used as a garnish.
Directions
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72F, 20-22C). Once opened, will keep for one week in the fridge. Ready to use.
